How do I book my appointment?


To book a service appointment, please navigate to the 'Book Now' tab on the website. You will then be navigated to your city's Booking page. On your city's booking page, select your city and select your service. You will then progress to the Checkout page. Here, you can select your date/time and submit your payment. You will automatically be sent a booking confirmation.




How long is the appointment?


Appointment duration may vary between services and sometimes Dashing Professionals.




What do I do before the Dashing professional arrives?


The preparation requirements vary between services and Dashing Professionals. Your Dashing Professional will communicate their expectations after you confirm your appointment.




Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?


If your plans change, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment time on the website for up to 2 hours in advance. Cancellations within 2 hours before your appointment time will result in a $25 service charge fee. Reschedulings within 2 hours of your appointment for a later date or time will still incur a $25 service charge fee.




How do I cancel my appointment?


You can easily cancel an appointment via the 'My Account' tab on the website. To cancel your appointment: Log in to the 'My Account' section, at the top right-hand corner, of the home page.
Click on 'My Appointments' to view all appointments. Select the appointment you want to cancel.
Click "Cancel" to cancel your appointment.




Do you charge late fees if I'm running late?


If you're running more than 15 minutes late, the Dashing Professional has the option to wait or cancel the appointment. If the Dashing Professional chooses to wait, we will charge you the $25 late fee. If the Dashing Professional chooses to cancel, we will charge you the $25 cancellation fee.




What happens when the Dashing professional is running late?


If the Dashing professional is running more than 15 minutes late, you have the option to proceed, reschedule, or cancel the appointment. If you choose to proceed, contact Dashing support with proof of the Dashing Professional's tardiness. We will provide a complimentary 10% discount for your next appointment. If you choose to reschedule, contact Dashing support with proof of the Dashing Professional's tardiness. We will refund the $25 fee, and add a 10% discount for your next appointment. If you choose to cancel, contact Dashing support with proof of the Dashing Professional's tardiness. We will refund all charges, and add a 10% discount that you can apply to your next appointment.




What happens if the Dashing professional does not show up?


If the Dashing professional does not show up, you have the option to reschedule or cancel the appointment. If you choose to reschedule, contact Dashing support with proof of the Dashing Professional's tardiness. We will refund the $25 fee, and add a 10% discount for your next appointment. If you choose to cancel, contact Dashing support with proof of the Dashing Professional's tardiness. What do I do if my location is not listed on the website?


If you do not see your current location, please subscribe to receive updates on when we will be launching in your city.




How do I file a complaint?


To file a complaint, please contact Dashing support via email at info@trydashing.com or call us at 844 - 633 - 3638.




Can I get a refund, if I'm disastified?


No. All payments are final, but you can contact Dashing support with proof of your complaint. We will review with the Dashing Professional, and take necessary actions to resolve the matter.




How do I book an appointment for more than one service?


To book services for multiple people at once, please navigate to the 'Packages' tab.




How do I pay for my appointment?


Dashing accepts debit or credit cards, as well as PayPal for payment when booking your appointment.




Where else can the Dashing professional come to, other than my home?


Dashing professionals can meet you at home, your office, hotel, or event centers.




How do I reschedule my appointment?


You can easily reschedule an appointment via the 'My Account' tab on the website. To reschedule your appointment: Log in to the 'My Account' section, at the top right-hand corner, of the home page. Click on 'My Appointments' to view all appointments. Select the appointment you want to reschedule. Click 'Reschedule' to reschedule your appointment. On the 'Schedule Your Appointment' page, select the Dashing Professional you want. Then complete booking





PAYMENTS

How much does Dashing cost?


Each service has an individual price, and prices may vary between cities. Please navigate to the 'Book Now' tab, for a full list of service charges, in your area.




Are there any additional fees?


There are no additional fees for the services. However, service taxes may apply when you book your appointment.




How do I redeem my referral credit?


If you have referral credit Dashing will provide you with a promo code to be used when you book your appointment.




How do I use my promo code?


You should enter your promo code before confirming payment details when booking your appointment.




How often can I use the same promo code?


Promo codes have instructions and expiration dates that may vary. If you have questions about a particular promo code, please contact Dashing support at 844 - 633 - 3638




Can I pay with cash?


No. We only accept credit and debit card payments made online when you book your appointment.




How do I pay for my appoinment?

Yes! You can book service appointments for large groups like birthdays, weddings, prom, graduation celebrations, and all special occasions. Please visit the 'Packages' tab on the website for additional details.

How do you select the Dashing professionals?


Dashing professionals go through a screening process after application, which includes an interview, audition, professional license check, criminal background check, and identity verification.




How do I apply to be a Dashing professional?


To join our team as a Dashing Professional, please visit the 'Join Our Team' tab on the website, and complete the application. Please make sure you submit all the necessary information requested on the form.




Can I select my own Dashing professional?


Yes! You can select who you want to be your Dashing Profesional during the appointment scheduling process, as long as they are available for your preferred date and time.

How do I know Dashing is safe?


We engage the Dashing Professionals in a rigorous screening process that includes quarterly background checks, identity screening, professional license checks, and criminal records.

Yes, Dashing Professionals go through a rogorous criminal background check and identity verification.




Are the Dashing professionals licensed?


We verify and monitor the professional licenses for our Dashing Professionals before and when they are on our platform. It is illegal to operate in this industry without a license, so we are strict about this process.
